　　公司重视技术创新，积极与华中科技大学、武汉理工大学等高等院校合作进行技术研发，已经取得和正在申报的国家专利达10多项。

　　公司坚持“以人为本”,积极引进行业高端技术人才，拥有：

　　A-火电厂烟气脱硫后评估专家库专家2名;

　　B-国家一级注册建造师5名;

　　C-具有高级职称的电力、环保及防腐行业的专家20名。

　　博士、硕士及具有高级职称和国家一级注册建造师资质的技术人员占技术研发团队的50%以上。

　　The company attaches importance to technical innovation, actively cooperates with universities like Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology etc. to develop new technologies. The number of the national patents being obtained or applied for is more than 10.

　　5 constructors, and
